What is the SEO Accelerator?

I got lucky when I started my career.

In my first role, I had multiple mentors, consultants, coaches and support from experienced SEOs and marketers.

Not in any official capacity.

But that is exactly what they did.

There were consultants, board members, partners, my manager as well as managers of other teams that were instrumental in levelling up both my SEO skills but also my soft-skills.

They acted as a soundboard for ideas I had, helped me build business cases for, in most cases, very out-there ideas, provided feedback for difficult discussions and helped me progress very quickly from being an SEO assistant to leading a team of 5 in just a few years.

Almost 14 years later from that point, having worked with brands doing nothing from SEO all the way to 9-figures from the channel, I want to help those teams in a way I was helped.

Whether you have an in-house SEO (single person or team – or even just a small part of a single role), I can be here to act as a soundboard, give feedback on ideas, and help build systems to scale the channel with minimal resources available.

Or for agencies, I can act as experienced support for your team, freeing up founders’ time to focus on client acquisition while I provide feedback on ideas, help diagnose issues with your clients with your team and build SOPs to allow your agency to scale.

I only ever take on a maximum of five coaching clients at any one time to make sure I can focus on your business and give you 100% tailored advice.

Async coaching, with in-person (video call) catch ups

Here is how it works:

Once a month you and I will have a 60 minute video call coaching session
- I will help you determine exactly what do do next:
- What pillar of SEO you should focus on
- How to get more meaningful traffic that converts
- How you can apply content stacking to scale your blog
- How to drive more email sign ups from your blog content
- How to increase your conversion rate and average order value
- What technology and tools you should you to speed up your growth
You will be given specific tasks to take away from each call and prepare for the next month
I will follow up with you weekly via email to check in on your progress and make sure you are on track
You will also have exclusive access to me via Slack to get feedback and advice at any time
We’ll create dedicated SOPs for you to follow or delegate to your team
